Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

CB VELO warrants each new e-bike frame against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years. Components (excluding tires, tubes, and brake pads) are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or follow-up maintenance. It also does not cover damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team at after-sales@bigniubike.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, including photos or video if possible.
